  11. I'm not quite sure what happened to the "chart" thing that was supposed 
  12. to be attempted here, so unless someone objects, I'm going to take it 
  13. upon myself to do it...but in a slightly different fashion (as if I can 
  14. actually recall what format it was planned to be in anyway).

  16. Reducing it to just the two most important categories, MOD and AUTHOR, I 
  17. think is a good start.  Keeps things streamlined and to the point.  
  18. Insofar as a prescribed method of voting, I'd like to set it up as sort 
  19. of a top 10 list of each (voters, of course, can have a shorter list if 
  20. they wish) whereby you can distribute 100 
  21. points/chits/beans/jujubes/coins/floats/etc. however you like.

  23. I think this method will yield a more representative result since I know 
  24. that I would find it very difficult to decide, with any conviction, a 
  25. single choice in either category.

  27. A note about MOD names:  In order to keep things as accurate as possible, 
  28. all MODs MUST be listed by the name that is in the body of the MOD itself 
  29. (and, optionally, whatever name it was archived under if that name is 
  30. distinctly different -- something that annoys the hell outta me, by the 
  31. way). I realize MEDs might present a problem as many do not have names 
  32. present, so under that circumstance, the archive name will have to 
  33. suffice.  I don't anticipate too much problem in either case, but it 
  34. helps to lay a guideline to minimize it.

  37. form for creating your lists (obviously the MOD list at the top, the 
  38. author list at the bottom):

  72. found, supply it/them.  Since I have a lot of MODs I like that I never 
  73. see on sites, and I'm sure I'm not unique in that aspect, it would be 
  74. ridiculous to make it a requisite criterion for voting.  If they're 
  75. available there are ways to findem if you wannem.

  78. useful/interesting if there's a decent amount of response, so participate 
  79. and make it so!

  82. send me their votes at their earliest convenience. I think a closing 
  83. deadline for collection of said votes on 12/24 would be about right.  
  84. Plenty of time for the occasionals to get a chance to speak their mind.

  88. created by you.  THAT should be up to others. :)
