  12. Ah, good someone else who realises this problem actually exists.

  14. I haven't found any way round this yet, I've just setup my headers carefully
  15. and included them once and only once in the 's' file in the correct order.

  17. Perhaps write a tool which handle #include directives and ignores everything
  18. else?
