  29. The PostScript printer drivers will only generate EPS output *IF* the
  30. application has requested it via PDriver_SelectIllustration.

  32. As the printer driver has no knowledge of the number of output pages at the
  33. start of job it is impossible for it to work out that it is a single page
  34. job.
