  15. I think it was just because it didn't do anything useful (it was a hangover
  16. from DFS!), and to avoid confusion with disc names. I guess Acorn never
  17. thought about using it in the filer (but, as recent discussion has shown,
  18. Acorn don't seem to have thought much about the Filer at all :-)
