- It's strange that the !PCEm emulator seems to be so much better than
- !65Host. Why couldn't Acorn have the beeb emulator running in a separate
- window so that it is RISC OS compliant? Also, the number of times I have had
- errors, such as 'unknown opcode' which causes the emulator to finish there and
- then. Surely it is possible to have a beeb emulator which completely emulates
- the hardware? The current emulator doesn't even get mode 7 text printed
- correctly (very slowly!).
- What would be the best way for me to obtain such a perfect emulator?
- Does anyone know if Acorn are thinking of releasing an improved version (or
- have they already)?
- Also, can someone tell me if it's possible to read DFS format discs
- under the current !65Host. If so, how?
-
- Thanks very much,
