  10. I have just received a MEMC1A upgrade for my venerable A440, from IFEL,
  11. with (in my opinion) rather inadequate fitting instructions.  There are
  12. are plenty of details for the A305 and A310 machines (eg great details of
  13. removing screws) but when we reach the A440 the instructions
  14. get a bit vague.  I'd like some help.
  15.  
  16. 1.  Is it neccessary to remove R121 and Q14 ?
  17. 2.  Is it neccessary to fit a 33 ohm resistor?
  18. 3.  If so, where?
