- I decided to try one of David Pilling's clip art packs. They're not bad
- value at around six pounds for three disks of compressed sprite files
- (with !Sparkplug to unpack them). The contents are mainly American PD
- stuff converted from other formats, and it is remiss of Mr. Pilling
- not to mention this point in his catalogue.
-
- The same criticism also applies to the Panorama program which produces
- maps to various projections, scales and levels of detail. If you display
- cities they come out with the country tacked onto the end (e.g. Paris,
- France) American style. This takes up a lot of space and in many cases
- is unnecessary or incorrect (Luxembourg, Luxembourg or Monte Carlo, Monte
- Carlo - not Monaco).
