  22. It isn't finished????  How DARE you say that!  Just ask *ANY* *MARKETING*
  23. *PERSON* (especially those here on the net) if the X.400 spec is
  24. finished and they'll tell you that it isn't only finished, it's stable,
  25. in production, and a large improvement over sliced bread.   (ha ha,
  26. only serious)

  28. How long has it been since they started?  How long is it taking to
  29. finish the spec?  I think ISO should develop a standing rule to
  30. automatically reject any draft after its 8th year of writing.  A new
  31. committee will be formed to create the spec but it can not include
  32. anyone that has read the previous spec.  (ha ha, only serious)
