  10. I got the standard from ANSI, but it doesn't include the rationale. (I
  11. was hoping I could beat the switch to the ISO, but I didn't.) The
  12. sales people at ANSI don't know there's a difference. Is there an
  13. underground source for the rationale -- or a magic incantation I can
  14. use at ANSI?
