  17. There is none.  Part of the method by which standards organizations cover
  18. their expenses is by SELLING hard copies of such documents.  (I vote again
  19. to see the comp.lang.c faq cross-posted to comp.std.c ...)

  22. the northwest corner of Toronto or else Brampton.
