  20. In Petzolds 3.0 book, while the source code carried a copyright notice, the
  21. book did not give any specific notification that I noticed.  I noted that
  22. the source was posted several weeks ago but I forget where and I'm sure
  23. another poster will advise.
  24. In Petzolds 3.1 book things became a little more specific with copyright
  25. being more clearly indicated. IMHO that it would not seem kosher for this
  26. source to be posted.  BTW why not buy the book, it's some of the best value
  27. for money I've acquired and mine came with the source on disk inside the
  28. back cover.
