  19. I don't think so.  Certainly, most of the current DoD contractor
  20. community have corporate cultures that will drive them in the
  21. direction of overhead positions, voluminous standards, etc, but
  22. "required?"  I think not.

  24. Smaller companies will have one person take ownership of the CMM
  25. process & encourage "working engineers" to contribute & will 
  26. create superior results because of their approach.
