- What you are implying then is that either the DoD realizes this, and lies
- about it reliance on a private sector reusable components business (and
- continues to waste tens of millions of dollars studying and implementing
- their reuse beliefs), or that the DoD doesn't realize this, and therefore
- the reuse program managers should be demoted and/or sued for fraud and
- incompetence.
