  12. Today's NYT Business Section had a small article about IBM falling 18 months
  13. behind on this project. Anyone know interesting details. This seems like a
  14. big problem in a very large piece of software that Mr/Ms J Q Public deals with
  15. daily in a safety-critical application area. I haven't heard other problems of
  16. this magnitude discussed in public.
