  18. In our own humble opinion ATK has the best integrated MIME support of
  19. any mail reading software :-)

  21. Seriously, ATK 5.1 supports MIME mail.  If both the sender and receiver
  22. have ATK the mime-ness of the transfer is almost entirely transparent. 
  23. (One of the exceptions is styles wrapped around views, which the ATK to
  24. MIME conversion can't handle.)

  26. For non-ATK objects in MIME mail ATK behaves similarly to other mail
  27. readers which have been extended to use metamail to read such mail (ie
  28. run metamail, and it brings up a window).  The exception here is that
  29. MIME's rich text is automatically converted to and from ATK format
  30. styled text.
