  13. The things that were called change bars were not what I would have
  14. called change bars.  Instead of getting a bar in the left margin for
  15. text that was "different", what you got was a line through the text.

  17. You can get those change bars if you hand-create a template file that
  18. uses the changebar style name.

  20. The reason why it's not documented, or hooked into the system for real,
  21. I suspect, is that they're not what people expect from change bars...
