  13. computer dealers and even computer stores that sell things with a money
  14. back guarantee these days.  It's been happening for years.

  16. And no, they didn't take over the world by storm over the vendors that
  17. disclaim all liability.

  19. If you want to support this, buy only from vendors who offer the money back
  20. guarantee.  But you won't -- you'll buy the software you think is best and
  21. you won't care a lot about the guarantee.
