  29. Don't know about other states, but the State of California explicitly
  30. states in thier driver's license policy that driving is a privilege, *not*
  31. a right.  Just because we take it for granted does not mean we are entitled
  32. to it.

  45. Again, not a *right*.  The government clearly states drug use is illegal, and
  46. which drugs can't be used or can only be used when properly prescribed.  As for
  47. alcohol, the government restricts the age at which one can legally consume it.
