  17.     Does anyone know of a manufacturer of 3 DOF gimbal mechanism?
  18. I have seen a reference to one it a paper, but have never come
  19. across a commercial manufacturer.  I know they exist, but where?  
  20. What type of pointing applications would require the extra (redundant) 
  21. DOF?
