  24. Most of the companies I deal with who are forth houses would not change
  25. to ANS Forth.... simply because a new implementation takes lots of money
  26. and time especially if you have to port it to several flavours of hardware.

  28. Is there a better way to promote the language without pushing new standards?

  30. This is not to belittle the work of Jack or any of the standard who have
  31. worked hard at the standard... It will be a milestone and a great reference
  32. for how "other people" are doing it....  but will it be self porting, no...
