  14. The file pub/ntp/xntp3.tar.Z on louie.udel.edu contains the latest
  15. batch of patches received from the faithful. The changes are mostly
  16. fixing portability problems.

  18. There remains a known bug with the local-clock option, where no
  19. radio is available and an isolated local net wants to elect one
  20. host its de facto source. It has been reported that the non-electees
  21. in this case refuse to follow the elected host. I do not have the
  22. time or resources at this time to follow this up, but would be glad
  23. to incorporate patches should another soldier bare arms.
