  23. Glad you like the idea.  If you *really* want to give it a stress
  24. test, contract with Sports Illustrated to produce GIF images of the
  25. swimsuit issue.  You could even make it a big PR deal, saying how
  26. Microsoft was conducting research into image distribution over the
  27. Internet.
