- I tried NCSA TELNET 2.3.0.1 with SMC EtherCard PLUS Elite 16
- (8013EPC). But FTP's put (DOS to UNIX) performance is VERY SLOW.
- (0.4KB/sec.) Rcp performance from DOS to UNIX is VERY SLOW too. While
- get (UNIX to DOS) performance is pretty well, (200+KB/sec.) and TELNET
- works well.
-
- I used the packet driver "8003PKDR.EXE" Ver2.03 in SuperDisk Ver.4.3
- which comes with Elite16.
-
- I also tried "free" packet driver "WD8003E.COM" Ver.9.7.0. by
- R.C.Clements. But it didn't work with NCSA TELNET at all.
-
- My configuration is:
- I/O Base Address = 300
- IRQ = 10
- RAM Base Address = CC000
-
- Suggestions? Thanks in advance.
