  13. First off, sorry if this message is posted twice, we're having some minor 
  14. technical difficulties ;-)

  16. I'm trying to install trumpet 1.02 and I'm running into some problems...
  17.  
  18. When I run Trumpet, I get the following message/error:

  20.    packer driver version 1
  21.    Type = 0806 Handle = FFFF Error = 10
  22.    Ether address = 00:00:C0:A1:F5:40
  23.    Type = 0800 Handle = FFFF Error = 10
  24.    My ip = 141.81.241.72
  25.    Connecting to Newsroom  [approximately a 30 sec pause here]
  26.    TCP error - open failed
  27.    Unable to open NNTP session
  28.  
  29. I'm using MS-DOS 5.0 with FTP's PC/TCP v2.11.  I have a Western Digital 
  30. Ethernet card, and I'm using the ODI drivers.

  32. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
