  10. It seems that when I load RTM.EXE, the local printers on
  11. my Windows machine don't work anymore.  The network printer
  12. works, however, and the local printers work find under DOS.
  13. I have found that, if I don't run RTM, then ftp and telnet
  14. will not work under Windows.
