  14.   In the 26-Oct. issue of Open Systems Today, there is a reference to
  15. the existance of a developer release of a Winsockapi dll from Netmanage
  16. available for testing until the end of the year. It was supposed to be
  17. on the FTP archive (vax.ftp.com) in /pub/boris/winsock.zip.
  18.  I've checked and it's not there. Anyone heard of where one might get
  19. it? Or some other winsockapi DLL, for that matter.
