- Q: How can I configure the IP address (assigned to the particular
- SLIP port that I dial into) into NUPOP?
-
- Using an MSKERMIT script and an AWK (for DOS) script, I'm able
- to extract the IP addresses presented to me by my SLIP server
- and redirect them to an ASCII config file. Thus, any applications
- that obtains their configuration from an ASCII file (such as
- MSKermit v3.12, Trumpet, PCTCP, etc.) can be configured on the 'fly'.
- NUPOP doesn't seem to keep its configuration in an ASCII file.
- Thus, I'm assuming that its stored in the binary somewhere.
-
- Q: Does NUPOP store its TCP/IP configuration in an ASCII file?
- If so, what is the name of the file.
-
- Thanks in advance.
