  13. Here is a question that I am sure has been asked before but no one I talk
  14. to seems to know the answer. On a Sun Sparc 2 SunOS 4.1.X I would like to
  15. set the default TCP window size to be as large as possible(32kbytes no ?).
  16. Does anyone know a good source for this type of information.  I am working
  17. on TCP over a satellite and I would also like to extend default time outs
  18. to drop the TCP connection.  Does anyone know how to set this parameter as
  19. well?  I assume it is in a header someplace and then I rebuild the kernel
  20. but it would be nice to see the procedure written down before I start
  21. flailing the system. Thanks in advance. -GSM
