  19. I'm not sure about specific kernel multicast message support, but ToolTalk (a
  20. multicast message service) ships with OpenWindows 3.0 and later.  Your OpenWindows
  21. Document Set should include a "ToolTalk Programmer's Guide".  Also, Answerbook
  22. contains the "ToolTalk Programmer's Guide" in the "System Services" section...
