- When I run the accounting system on a recent accounting file, asking for pages
- printed, the report shows splats '********' in the count column for some users.
-
- The count appears correct for most users, these are probably the heaviest
- printers. I see numbers over 400, but none over 500. The fact that there
- are 8 splats in the column tells me that the field can handle larger than
- 499 (I think?). Is there a default setting for the size of this column? How
- do I overcome this problem. I charge for printing (beginning this fiscal year)
- and really require a dependable report.
-
- Any ideas short of purchasing a third party accounting package. That option
- requires my department to spend money. Need I say more.....
