- I wish to thank everybody who responded
- on my question "How to make mailbox look like real terminal ?".
- Basically the answer was to use pseudo-terminal drivers
- like FTA0: TWA0: PYA0: etc.
- We are running VMS 5.5, but documentation is only for VMS 5.0
- which doesn't say a word about pseudo-terminal drivers.
-
- Could anybody send/post an example how to use pseudo-terminal
- driver ? I need to use it basically as a mailbox between two
- processes, one of which runs DCL and should see a mailbox
- as a "real" terminal.
- Will greatly appreciate any help.
- Thanks,
- S.Viznyuk
