- That works only for batch jobs and command procedures, unless you've defined
- the symbols through which you want to pass the parameters to the image. Almost
- certainly not what the original querant wanted, and absolutely nothing to do
- with any situation in which if might be appropriate to use LIB$GET_FOREIGN.
