  12. I am looking for a program called DCL which will decompress a VMS archive I
  13. have received.  I FTPed the VAX_LIST.TXT and found a system which might be able
  14. to offer the program - SIMTEL20.ARMY.MIL - but I cannot seem to find any non
  15. MSDOS directories there....

  17. Can anyone lend me a hand in finding a copy of DCL, or a hand in how to get to
  18. the VMS software on the SIMTEL site?
