- I have been asked what happened to OS-9 International. Here is a brief
- summary of what is going on.
-
- We have had many requests for the first issue and are happy to have
- a considerable number of subscribers. For many reasons the second issue
- was not yet printed. The second issue will be mailed to our subscribers
- this month, further issues will be published every two months.
-
- We have set up a UNIX machine to handle all the mail & news. You can
- now reach us at os9int@msys.ch. If everythings gets OK with the
- swiss nic, zou can reach the editorial staff by the address
- <name>@os9int.ch quite soon.
-
- We had very good feedback on the first issue although it was mostly
- written in german. From the second issue on we aim towards a 50 %
- english, 50 % germand mixture of articles. In addition all german
- articles will have an english summary.
-
- The second issue will conatain more articles with program listings.
- These listings can be obtained either on a universal format OS-9
- disk or by anonymous ftp from lucy.ifi.unibas.ch.
-
- Regards,
- Marc Balmer, OS-9 Int'l
