- and mono graphics card from the office for free, I went ahead and

- The results are that OS/2 would not boot while the monochrome card was
- installed. It appeared to be working, but instead of clearing the
- screen to gray and presenting the desktop, some color bars were drawn
- on top of the logo, and shortly thereafter the machine locked, and
- C-A-D wouldn't restart it.
