- No, I didn't have a crash- I accidently deleted most of the
- files in my \os2 directory, so I reinstalled os2 and the SP.
- I've tried making new schemes, dropping schemes on every window, chkdsk,
- and finally resorted to MAKEINI- no good. When I redrag the scheme to
- the desktop the crosshatches reappear (in the shadow text color, as they
- were originally) , but they are black on when any new object is opeded,
- and all return to black after shutdown.
-
- After all of this, I've developed another quirk- the text
- in the window list is red, and I cannot change it ( although I can
- change the window background color).

- Thanx
