  19. CI$ has - maybe - 1 million users. The Internet has (last I heard) about 40
  20. million (including CI$), over 1 million sites in 38 countries.....

  22. IBM in the US probably can't handle to volume - and cost - of the Internet
  23. problems...besides, they want these things to be done locally by the national
  24. versions of the various IBMs......
