- I tried installing the thing. It went OK, but when I rebooted, my
- screen showed a repeated pattern of coloured vertical lines. But
- OS/2 was actually running underneath! Being unable to see the screen
- I was dead trying to do anything, so I had to boot off the install
- disk to copy the backup config.sys. I did this three times: I tried
- all three resolutions. Same thing in each case, except that the
- monitor always went to the chosen resolution.
-
- I guess if they offer nothing I shouldn't be too interested, but,
- how does your setup differ? I have a 486-50, 16M, 510M (32M FAT
- Primary; 330M FAT Logical; 50M HPFS Bootable Logical; 100M HPFS
- Logical), ATI Graphics Ultra.

- (When I rebooted OS/2 in VGA I tried Seamless Windows for the first
- time. It's nice! Why can't IBM write seamless 8514/A drivers?)
