- Check out PC WEEK, December 14th, page 3: "IBM readying OS/2 version 2.1"
-
- Basically it says that bug fixes, enhancements including Win 3.1 support,
- Multimedia Presentation Manager/2, and 386 enhanced-mode application
- support will be included in the "upgrade" to be released next month.
- Apparently, this information came from some beta testers.
-
- The article also said that IBM is working on a microkernel-based OS called
- Workplace OS. No other information was given.
