- Yes, known bug.

- Workarounds:

- (1) Maximize the window, then reposition it.

- (2) Set things up so that the command MODE CO80,25 is run as you open
- an OS/2 window. You can do so by setting up a CMD file, for example,
- or by using the /K parameter when invoking CMD.EXE.
