- Last night, I took the plunge and purchased a Bocaboard 9600B fax/modem
- board (internal). It has the capability to run as COM1-4, and on IRQ's
- 3, 4, 5, and 7. However, I have a Logitech serial mouse connected to my I/O
- board (containing COM1 and COM2) as COM1. Thus, I have to run the modem as
- either COM3 or COM4.
-
- I realize that I could set the jumpers on the board so that it replaces
- COM1 and use the mouse as COM2, but I would like to avoid that if at all
- possible. Can anyone tell me the magic hokus-pokus that I need to do to
- achieve this configuration?
-
- Thanks,

- P.S. While email is just as good, there might be someone else with this
- problem currently who would also benefit from this experience.
