- I'm looking for a small SCSI tape drive, and I'd like some
- recommendations for such a beast. The tape drive should have a
- capacity of about 120 Mb (250 compressed). It will be used mostly
- with OS/2 or Linux. I already have a Future Domain controller for the
- tape drive.
-
- I've seen ads for Wangtek 5150s and Archive Vipers that seem to fit
- the bill. Any comments? I know the 5150s aren't SCSI-2 so no quick
- file access. How about the Vipers?
-
- Also, how about Tandberg? Who would carry them?
-
- I prefer e-mail, but posting is ok too (hard to keep up with the
- volume sometimes!). If there is enough interest, I'll summarize and
- post the results.
-
- Thanks for any info you might have.
