- Well, I think I have the ultimate in undeletable files. While I was
- installing the Trident 32-bit drvers, I rebooted from a floppy to
- change the 'in-use' files and while at the command line, I tried to print
- out a file. What I did was type fname.txt > lpt1. Well, nothing
- was printed and I searched to find the old copy of thes file. When I
- rebooted, there was this file called lpt1 and it is undeleteable. I
- tried the drag to a folder and delete the folder but I am not allowed
- to move the file. If I try to delete it, it says it \dev\lpt1 Sys0003:
- the system cannot find the path specified.
- If I try the gnu rm, it says rm:can't force write permission for c:/lpt1:
- no such file or directory.
-
- suggestions??
