- No. The files on ftp-os2 are the October Service Pack: a collection of bug
- fixes + 32-bit graphics engine (GRE) + some new video/printer drivers + a few
- new bugs released by IBM at the end of October 1992 (level XR06055). This
- October Service Pack does not include Windows 3.1 support.
