- With all the talk I've seen about the new Trident 32 bit 1024x768x256 drivers
- I decided to give them a try. I noticed that they are significantly slower than
- my old 16 bit 1024x768x16 drivers. Is this correct?
-
- Since speed is more of a factor than number of colors for me at this point, I
- went back to the old ones. Now I have my transparent tabs in the setting back.
- I was starting to miss them :)
-
- I also saw alot of talk about "Joel's Generic SVGA drivers". Do these go up
- to 1024x768 or just 800x600? Seemless windows? etc? I would really like fast
- 32 bit 1024x768x16 drivers which support seemless Windows.
