- It was fine in the good old days when 1.2's were new and nobody could read
- my high density disks. There was one machine where I copied everything back
- to 360K before I gave it out.
- There are people using flopticals that I can't read and 2.88MB drives etc
- etc. If I label my disks adequately I could increase my bulk offline
- storage by 20% which is quite valuable.

- Just the ability to say /T:82 and not have the thing respond that my
- hardware doesn't support it (which it does) would be nice. It's 'obscure'
- enough that the user who doesn't understand the concept probably won't end
- up playing with those options. The code seems to be there already but it's
- overly protective.
