- Thanks, these are nice!. I never saw a post before this, and I read this
- stuff religiously. So 32 bit ones are coming? We have a Deskpro EISA 66mhz
- with 32 meg RAM and a 1Gig drive. Pretty killer machine for OS/2!
- These are the first 256 color drivers I've seen, but they seem really fast to
- me. I don't notice ANY scrolling text speed problems in Windowed sessions or
- Fullscreen. The folder 'tab' problem is pretty ugly though......
-
- BTW your readme with the qvision.zip file at hobbes says SP0406.EXE is a DOS
- executable. I didn't find this to be the case. I went and grabbed the one
- from the Compaq site just to be sure, but both give a message including
- something about a 'downed server' when run under 'real' DOS 5.0 (didn't try
- them in a OS/2 Dos session). They work fine when run in an OS/2 session.
-
- Good to see Compaq on the net. Also impressive they have an ftp site, didn't
- know this.
