  13. Are you closing the application before restarting?  OS/2, unless instructed
  14. in the CONFIG.SYS with a SET statement (I think SET RESTARTOBJECTS=
  15. STARTUPFOLDERONLY), will reload anything at startup that was active 
  16. upon shutting down the system from the last time.
