- 1) The README does not say you should have a Welcome folder. It says that
- if you have a PS/2 that came with OS/2 2.00.01 (or somthing) pre-installed
- then you will have a welcome folder. It tells you to open the OS/2 System
- folder and then the System Setup folder and run Device Driver Install

- 2) DSPINSTL will appear to work but you _may_ find you get font troubles or
- invisible notebook tabs.
