- I've been running a ZyXEL U-1496E since August under the OS/2 version
- of UUPC with no problems. I'm using 19.2kbps on the serial port
- because I don't seem to be getting faster throughput anyway with
- 2400 or so on the other end. :) Right now, it's on my waffle bbs
- under plain dos at 718-261-2013.
-
- As for fax, I've used the fax program it came with in a DOS box
- with no problems. It takes a text file and converts it using its
- own fixed-pitch font or a pcx file (faxed verbatim). A PM fax
- interface sure would be nice.
